Amazing culture - Sales Development Representative (SDR) Zinc Employee Review

Great culture, great opportunity to grow especially mid-career.

Not that I can think of

- The team is open, transparent, respectful, collaborative, and fun. - No gate keeping, everyone shares information and hop on to any meetings - a warm social culture, free group lunches on Mondays and drinks on Zinc on Tuesdays - a real challenging product with challenging and interesting features to solve and build for - awesome feedback loop between teams - well paid (salaries are open on the job roles and internally) - the founders are literally the most humble and easy to work with people ever, and they lead with humility, not pride.

Some times people drink a bit too much in socials, but there’s always the option to not have any if it’s not your thing.
