      Ever rotating Vice Presidents, leading to confusion Head heavy management- too many V.Ps who does not lead with long term vision Very short term focus in every decision Make you do ten different things, no specific thing to get expertise on Due to lack of leadership and direction, you idle a lot of times resulting in losing your own groove when you enter the job market

      Pros

      Gives you a paycheck while you look for a real job

      Cons

      Culture is chaos. CEO is hands off while a CRO is based in EMEA with no credibility or credentials has hired and fired the new hires within 90 days. We are down to around 20 sales people for the global workforce. They only make $ from OEMing their tech to other companies.
