      Pros

      Decent pay. My immediate boss is pretty much the only reason I've stuck around.

      Cons

      When I first started the CEO really took care of the employees, but our newest CEO only cares about his public profile and travelling. After layoffs this last year, no one cares. HR doesn't exist. They have paid for my bachelor's degree, but have no career development plans. I'm already looking to leave as soon as I graduate.
