More,more, more numbers, break your body to hit unrealistic targets that can't be hit without completely ignoring medical policies and quality procedures, but this is normal practice at Zimmer, and if you don't hit target you're made feel like crap and you're not good enough. Corrupt management, use bully tactics to get what they want, will target people they don't like and try to drive you out the door when you call them on their bulls&*t. No regard for employees wellbeing, big panic whenever there's a quality audit everything thrown under the carpet and try to direct auditers away from people that will tell the truth. Place is just a front, everything they say is all lies, all the slogans about family and quality is all lies, they cut corners and force operators to break procedures every single day.
