Pros
Biomet is a great company to work for. The culture is one big team working towards the same goal. Brilliant people who know how to have fun and work hard to get amazing things done. They treat their co-ops like full time employees and give them good responsibility. I was in the biomaterials department where I got awesome hands-on lab experience, project management, and experimental design.
Cons
With the recent acquisition of this company by Zimmer the culture may change. Living in Warsaw was not what I was looking for in my 20s. It is more fun in the summer and their is a younger crowd to hang out with but there is not a ton to do in the area.
