Pros
Excellent leadership and amazing company culture. Biomet has shaped me so much as a professional and I owe them a lot. I loved the people I worked with, as everyone is friendly and welcoming. It is super nice to work with down to earth people rather than egotistic title pusher jerks. In Biomet you will for sure grow and be respected for what you do.
Cons
Just got acquired to Zimmer, its a pity this company will have to merge with a company with such a radical different culture. Salaries aren't super great.
