      Pros

      The salary and benefit package is superb. There is a lot of career opportunities if you are willing to relocate.

      Cons

      There is no work/life balance, and it is very apparent that there are a lot of people who are very disgruntle.

      Constantly looking to innovate and not rely on past success. Growth opportunities. Willing to take risks and fail in order to eventually strike gold

      Cons

      Excessively Bureocratic; teams exists solely to slow others down and have authority without any responsibility
