      Pros

      New training facility, technology as strongest implant (tantalum). Parent company is a strong brand in the orthopedic world but they do not invest in this division. It's hard to come up with positives. This division is troubled.

      Cons

      Worst place I have ever worked in my career. Management team is constantly restructuring and has no decision making abilities to back fill vacancies. Poor treatment of employees. I am soon to leave.

      Great support from all of the employees! Super welcoming environment. Sales reps want to teach and are happy to answer questions.
