It's a job. In the fascinating work of dental implants it's one of the bigger companies.
Cons
No regard for employee morale. They talk and talk about employee engagement, but it's just that... all talk. Carpet and desks are disgusting and falling apart. No raises or promotions. Hardly ever promote from within. Constant cost cutting. HR cannot answer simple questions about benefits. They do not value people and do nothing to retain them. Poor pay for level of work.
