Pros
Excellent benefits, small office, casual dress. Management often sponsors catered lunches, and other employees frequently bring in snacks and desserts. It's like working with family. The work seem difficult at first, but once you pick it up, it's easy but challenging.
Cons
The pay is fairly low, and the only way to get hired is to go through a temp agency and work for 3 months through the agency at a lower pay rate, with no benefits.
