      Excellent regional managers, and customer service support

      Cons

      Unable to compete in the market with dental companies. The dental division is seperate but due to being part of an orthopaedic company there are certain road blocks.

      Constantly looking to innovate and not rely on past success. Growth opportunities. Willing to take risks and fail in order to eventually strike gold

      Excessively Bureocratic; teams exists solely to slow others down and have authority without any responsibility
