      Get to help people, good pay if your legacy zimmer employee, good benifits

      Cons

      Not truly one company as they try to say, the pay between legacy zimmer and legacy Biomet team members doing the exact same job for same time is as much as 10 dollars an hour different even though u work side by side which is completely unfair and leads to very low morale.
