Pros
Good products. Great industry, although highly competitive. Love many aspects of my job. Benefits not as good as they used to be but still strong. Pay if competitive, but also not as good as it was.
Cons
I've never heard of a company that cared less about its peoples morale. There's no mentoring or rewards for being successful unless you're in the field. And even there the compensation keeps getting cut back. Many aspects about my specific role I really like, but have no faith in the direction we're going and the people leading us there. Just trying to outlive current management. HR is an embarrassment as well. Would rather not get into details here but just ask ask anyone in the know.
