Pros
Diversity and flexibility. There are many people working at ZimWorX, so one is never short of any colleagues to hang out with even outside the work setting. Flexible hours give you time to do things before work starts as a way to keep life moving.
Cons
Clients may be a little unrealistic when it comes to targets so be weary of that and try to adjust to the workflow. Management could treat employees less as though it’s a school setting and more as the adults that are working in the workplace.
