Zilker Partners (ZP) contacted me about a potential opportunity in late 2017. We discussed my experience and personal / professional goals. After discussing, it turned out the existing opportunity wouldn't have checked all the boxes for my goals. ZP quickly identified this and assured they would keep me in mind for future opportunities that aligned with my goals.
In July 2018, ZP contacted me with an opportunity they believed aligned with my goals and experience. They were not only concerned with my needs, but also considered whether the role/company would be a great match. After speaking on the phone and meeting Shannon and Billy, they provided a great insight into the role in addition to information about the company including their culture and amazing people. Shannon and Billy gave me fantastic information and helped me prepare for the interview process by giving me an overview of what to expect.
I am now scheduled to start my new job in approx. 1 week. I am ecstatic about my new career which directly aligns to achieving my top personal and professional goals.
