Pros
Good benefits package, office facility/environment is decent, there are some good people working at Zila, paid time off between Christmas and New Year's is a real bonus.
Cons
Culture really stinks! Zila's top leadership has created a culture that is caustic, controlling and fear-based. Don't even think about working here if you want to be creative or think outside the box. Extremely political for a smaller company, with lots of back-stabbing and co-workers talking negatively about others. This an extremely dysfunctional culture, where leadership encourages employees to "rat out" fellow employees as a way to maintain control. Senior leadership doesn't trust employees and there is little, if any, interest in professional development as a means to invest in employees. Senior management's primary motivational tool is fear. Stay clear of this company!
