- small team, some very nice folks - you can majorly contribute and move things if you're up for it - you can learn a lot in the domain of fintech - product has very neat design - salary is ok

- team has little experience with strong opinions - whole upper management are siblings, little trust in anyone else - interview process - you'll be put trough a lot of strange questions

High learning curve, learned a lot in a few months than what I learned in years.

Weird culture and wishy washy environment.
