      Colleagues are approachable and supportive.

      Salaries are not market-competitive. Annual increments are low and inconsistent. Junior employees are expected to multitask and handle responsibilities beyond their role. Compensation does not match the workload or expectations.

      You just get experience in numbers.

      Cons

      They hire employee and after the internship there is no negotiation in the salary just a comment you will be compensated in annual increment and during the annual increment no negotiation and just what they desire. Zigron keep the employees far underpaid than the market value.
