- They care about the money that enters the US not really to Mx, rates for clients can go up, but the money that goes to Mx stays the same, even though the team working on the project is 100% Mexican.
- Sometimes there was not enough organization, it only mattered to allocate more people to projects to get more money
- Disparity in salaries
- Some clients are managers' friends so they just like to say 'yes' to everything, even when they are not right, yes, not always the client is right.
- US managers should take more seriously your 1:1's, they are not to talk about projects, but to talk about career paths
