Everything else. From mid to senior management, to dirty politics that favours certain group of people for working from home or getting promotions while the rest just keep giving their everything and get nothing in return. They also do layoffs without any reason and it's basically just portrayed as a people first company, once you're in the system long enough, you get to see the true colours.
