Great company values they seem to consistently standup for what they believe

Complexity in any portfolio like company given the very hierarchical structure

Coworkers are great, flexible time off and remote work is nice

Expect a constant fear of being laid off and don’t event think you’ll get a merit increase, bonus, or any sort of recognition for hard work and high performance. C-Suites only vision for the future seems to be when to schedule layoffs throughout the year and then receive hefty yearly raises and bonuses for themselves.
