      Pros

      Some nice people, lots of variety in types of equipment and job duties.

      Cons

      Nepotism runs rampant in this company. Only apply if you are related to someone in management if you want to advance in the company. They are arrogant enough to think they know how to live your life better by doing it "The Ziegler Way," and you will be forced to take a class in which they will attempt to brainwash you into believing it.

      Pros

      Ziegler has created a very warm, open, friendly and professional culture and environment. The management team is smart and concerned. Their business is doing great and there are a lot of opportunities for advancement. It is a great place to work!
