Pros
Working style not overly encumbered by bureaucracy and protocols. Colleagues are generally approachable and low level of politics. Result focused, and not overly enamored by the "bells and whistles" that so many MNCs, Civil Service /Stats board are fond of.
Cons
Top management mindset is too entrenched in old business model. Doesn't appear to be able or even keen to break new grounds for long term sustainability. Culture has not evolve to encompass the younger generation. Had not been able to renew its work-force in recent years. Ambiguous "grey areas" that may be advantageous for flexibility of decisions is proving to be too cumbersome in recent times for business direction decision. Ultimately decision making is influence by culture, and culture is set by top management.
