      - Fast-paced culture, young and energetic peers - Free breakfast, lunch, and dinner - Good work/life balance compared to other startups

      Cons

      The culture is not straightforward and flat any longer since the hierarchy change of 2017. The collaboration became less efficient.

      Great working environment and nice benefits there! People working there are all smart and dynamic! You will not be under great pressure like other Internet company.

      Cons

      Salaries may not be as much as other Internet company in China, like (BAT in China)
