Pros

Nothing special other than what the bare minimum company should provide

Cons

- Pay careful attention to all the negative reviews here. It is already saying the big picture. Multiple reviews saying the same things imply something. - No employee gratification with poor treatment. Very high work pressure and unreasonable load. Toxic environment. You are expected to deliver with 0 bugs with full blame placed on you if there is a single bug without considering their poor project management practice. - Tech lead with a lack of development knowledge - Terrible attention to product quality. Developers are expected to finish their 1-2 days worth of task (measured by standard development practice) in 30-60 minutes. No proper flow of design and testing. UI/UX are designed under 5 minutes on the fly during a meeting (poorly done as well with a paint-like software by one guy who have no business touching design ) - Breach in privacy with Time Doctor - Poor attention to software architecture and development practices - Extremely toxic working environment. You are only praised if you can bootlick a single particular person. - Extremely high turnover rate. - Poor project management flow - PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF from working here.

Pros

The only positive was the solidarity among peers and junior members who consistently back each other up.

Cons

- Aggressive & Ruthless Leadership: The Deputy CTO’s management style is centered on "scolding" and professional aggression. There is a lack of basic respect, with confrontational behavior being the norm rather than the exception. - Toxic Office Politics: The environment is heavily influenced by internal politics that reward compliance over performance. It creates a culture of fear where employees are constantly on edge. - Extreme Micromanagement: Leadership refuses to trust the expertise of the staff. Every minor detail is controlled and scrutinized, which stifles any form of creativity or operational efficiency. - Psychological Safety is Non-existent: Between the constant scolding and the ruthless approach to staff management, there is no room for mistakes or growth. This has directly led to high turnover and low morale across the board.
