Pros

- Great team of workers - Good place to start your career - Plenty of variety of work - HR are friendly - Diverse workplace - Very skilled IT staff - Flexible work hours - Opportunity to get experience in Lv1/2 Desktop Support and Service Desk - Some study opportunities but not guaranteed - Has so much potential to be a better workplace if they invest more in getting to know their people

Cons

- Limited Contract work that can end meaning you’re out of a job - Remuneration is average, no incentive to work harder or be promoted - No performance rewards besides customer service award - No periodic salary reviews - Staff paid different rates to do same job role - HR don’t provide promotions or incentives to make you want to stay - The Company policy “No Bullshit” isnt transparent enough - Other service providers undercut Zetta resulting in staff getting paid less than the industry standard - Move you around even when you’re happy where you’re working - Unpaid Overtime
