Pros
Zeton offers a very dynamic work experience; projects are carried out over a relatively short period of time (1.5 years max) and upon completion, employees will be assigned to a completely new project. This necessitates all Zeton staff to become well versed in something new almost constantly.
Cons
Zeton lacks formal training for new hires. Recruits are assigned to a project manager and learns almost everything "on the fly."
