Nothing at all lack of communication

I have work for 2 straight days doing the task there are some task that require to pay a fee that they said you get it back after finish the task I have been told that I could skip those task so I skip them and continue with the other task that ask Sofia willer if I could do that and she said yes, after 2 days I been told that I could withdraw my earnings so I ask her to request for the withdrawal so almost a hour later she told me that finance department refused my request and that I wasn’t entitled to my money because I didn’t do any of the task that required the fee I said to and I have proof that she never said that to me so I did screen shot the conversation so she could see that nothing been said and nothing I haven’t got my money even I try to contact the person who introduced me to the business and no reply her name is Camille
