      Pros

      Not many. Some nice people. Benefits could have been worse.

      Cons

      Corrosive, horrible workplace. Denigrating to women. Incompetence abounds in every corner. Quality issues. Everything sounds great during the hiring process, but the reality is MUCH different. Better to look elsewhere.

      Pros

      I was hired during the peak of the COVID lockdown and so far it's been amazing. I'm always learning more about the products and industry and everyone is always excited to help. Everyone is also very open minded and sincerely listens to what ideas you might have. I've been able to really grow here as an employee and I am very proud to be apart of ZESTRON.

      Cons

      The IT department is great but with them being located in Germany sometimes its a bit inconvenient if you're having computer issues.
