7yThanks for posting. As you mentioned, this year sales went through some transitions, that were finalized in February, in order to focus on high value opportunities and target accounts. We understand how changes, especially for employees who are used to working one way, can be unsettling. We also appreciate that you want us to excel at supporting our customers; there’s so much more we can and should do to support our customers’ success! We hope you will reach out to your manager and help us to identify where we could be doing better.
