CEO is a narcissist and thinks he has the answer for literally everything Lack of focus and the CEO has "shiny-object-itis" A lot of work, but they don't do work in a smart, efficient Scaling back in a massive way

No pros, didnt want to give it one star but had to to be able to post review

CEO is terrible, bad management, doesnt know anything about technology, very indecisive, people are quitting everyday from the sinking ship. Whole management team is awful, no idea how to manage people, toxic work environment.
