Pros
The best thing is money which is directly proportional to your work in this company. The second best thing is flexibility as no one is really onto you to complete your target. Friendly environment adds to other things.
Cons
Earlier there weren't any cons but with time they grew.The company don't listen to employees and rather listen to the clients and puts a penalty on everything. You even have to work on sunday and festival days too. And also there is no growth to your career and it will be stagnant.
