Pros
Some nice team members and managers. Free beer after shift. And free food on shift.
Cons
Awful company. Don't know how to run a business. Staff are underpaid for what they do. They pay over 5k of your 'salary' from tronc because they can't afford anything. You can never make profit. So you never get a bonus. Give you managers who can't do the job/care or want to do the job. Their staff literally get drunk on shift and no one trusts hq to tell them anything. As you'll get fired/asked to leave because you become the problem. They have their golden children who are actually the problem, but theyre yes people to hq so they like them more than the people who speak up about rubbish managers. They've got no clue on how to place decent people in the venues.
