Everybody has a fancy title. Looks good on a resume.

Literally everything else. Management has never set foot in a dealership. Their fancy algorithm is all a lie---you can change the numbers as much as you want and the budgets stay exactly the same. Wonder why that is? They have a boys' club mentality and if you weren't there when the company was founded, you'll never break through. They fear new ideas and fear looking foolish. The corporate culture is goofy. Once a month you have to get on a call where you have some HBCU professor tell you that white people are evil. And yet leadership is nearly all white men. But the worst part is that the product is smoke and mirrors. Clients would be better off lighting their money on fire.
