Working alongside different teams within the studio, alongside the team mates in your own team. - Top floor terrace to relax during your lunch breaks with your other team members - As a graduate artist, I get to shadow my team mates, and I receive constant encouragement & motivation to perform to the best of my abilities, and I'm encouraged to ask questions and learn daily. - Socials each month to relax as a team. - Encouragement to take part in out of work activities (e.g. running clubs, badminton, pool tournaments). - Engaging induction week with introduction to life at ZeroLight, and insight into what you'll be working into.
Cons
- Less games based work as previously conducted at Eutechnyx for aspiring games artists, but parts of the games workflow is still used in our work all the time. - Not full flexitime, based upon each day instead of the week. -
