Forced to do work that is unrelated to your skills and interests. Mostly forced to work on Customer service issues from MTN Online Management System and then account for your time to the minute. Nobody has ever been promoted or moved to a different post. Increase limited to less than 5% even though they have a multimillion-rand contract with MTN and only 8 employees. The racially structured hierarchy determines how tasks, positions and pay is assigned. You will be forced to be on standby and there is no shutdown period so you may be forced to work during holidays This is a dead end company that is lucky enough to own a crucial system of MTN otherwise it would not survive
