Worst hr team, not supportive they just have one work to add fake reviews on glass door. No replies from hr management to employee, you keep pinging them they will simply ignore you dont knw why,in every discussion u will do with her she will simply say i will talk to amitt about this and I knw how thing goes im experienced fir 12 years. If you are exp for 12 year then you should better be knowing the standard policies.
No stablility in job many of the employee have resigned just because of there egos and wrong manageral policies. You would be asked to appologies and do P.I.P. on any case, maybe after times it would be on even talking with other teams.
And most important not a U.S. based start up simply a janakpuri based start up in a flat nothing more than that. All address are fake no offices. In all these year they took us on trip to goa where we were paying our own bills on the name of office trips.
