Pros
A very nice company atmosphere. The size of the company is not too big to not have the product focus for every employee, which leads to a motivated team and personal experience.
Cons
As part of an innovative company, the ideas and visions change sometimes very fast. A lack of company vision stability and therefore project focus is to be expected. Also as a child subsidiary of Zeppelin the company needs to jump through some "big corporate hoops" every now and then
