Pros
We have a great team/family atmosphere. It is a place where I feel supported by colleges, and encouraged to always strive for excellence. Our teams are very collaborative, willing to listen to everyone's idea in order to find the best solutions for our customers. The work is diverse and always challenging in a good way that stimulates growth individually and company wide.
Cons
We work primarily in the paper and dairy industries. These customers cannot afford to be down for any amount of time. This means long startup days that can be challenging mentally and taxing physically. We do our best supporting each other to limit the stress that these startups can cause, but when it comes down to the day, you do what is needed to best serve the customer.
