Poor communication, no credit and acknowledgment culture, bonus-driven atmosphere with little transparency, dog-eat-dog under the shiny surface of "we are a team and eat lunches together"

-Management expects you to make miracles (overdeliver) at a super fast pace but absolutely never gives you the right resources to do so (budget, people, basic tools). Also, even if the company is 7 years old, it operates like an super early stage startup: chaotic, no processes or tools in place...
-Priorities change all the time and it's impossible to focus and work towards a common goal
-Time and time again management has proven through their actions that they don't value their employees. The lack of benefits and lack of fairness when it comes to promotions also doesn't help. This takes a toll on every employee at some point which you can sense in the team's overall morale.
-I would be extremely cautious as a potential new hire when considering this company. The culture falls short of expectations and it's not going to be long until you regret having joined.
