Disappointing - Anonymous employee Zentryx Tech Solutions Employee Review

Did not find a single pros

Night shift without cab facility ( now they have changed to day shift), they will never pay you salary, no proper training did not like the over friendly behaviour of managers ( they will pretend sweet as they will not pay you) they will hire fresher's on 15_20 k per month but will never pay them and keep on giving excuses, they do not have proper trainers to train you even the persons claiming to be managers and CEO do not have proper knowledge.. No doubt clearing session.. No growth.. No proper incentives.. While hiring they will show you eye catching incentives but that will never happen as they will never pay you salary forget about incentives..worst experience.. Do not join if you want to get salary ( forget about on time salary they will never pay you).. You will also learn nothing as there are no trainers. Not a good place to work. For your own salary you have to run behind them and they will come up with different stories to tell.. Worst place to work.

An open work environment that encourages its employees to speak their mind and promotes conversation and transparency. 2. 5 days-a-week work schedule, which means unlike many organizations in Bhubaneswar, allows employees have more time with their families. 3. The leadership focuses more on the capabilities of the person and encourages them to grow their knowledge and skills rather than tying them down with their preconceived notions. 4. A small but dedicated team with a passion to grow together.
