Pros

Supportive leadership team: Senior leadership is accessible, open to ideas, and invested in employee success. Collaborative culture: Teams work well cross-functionally, and there’s a genuine sense of camaraderie across departments. Opportunity to wear many hats: Great place for those who enjoy versatility, learning, and stepping outside their job description.

Cons

Growing pains of a scaling company: With growth comes change, and some processes and structures are still catching up. Resource constraints in some areas: Some teams may feel stretched thin during busy periods or new launches. Change is constant: If you’re not adaptable, the pace and evolution of the company can feel overwhelming. Not everything is "built out": You may need to create your own playbooks, especially in newer or first-time roles.
