Not really a con but you will be challenged. This is a company where what you do has an impact. Ecommerce by nature is also stressful, your day to day operations can affect your clients business massively

pay was on par with or just below industry standard, hybrid work is nice, health insurance options were pretty solid.

when i started it seemed generally great there, but over time, a chain of poor decisions from the top caused the company to really slip. a once large staff was laid off down to a skeleton crew. there was an illusion of transparency from the executive staff- but looking back it wasn't really that upfront at all and frankly, a bit deceptive. poor prioritization/direction for the teams there, and i assume poor allocation of company funds means they can't afford employees anymore. high churn rate for their software users which doesn't bode well for job security.
