Ok to work for, but no competitive wages - IT Support Specialist Zensar Technologies Employee Review

1. Not paid for working extra hours, but the hours are mandatory. 2. Salaries are lower than the regional average for my area. 3. Any job changes on the contract are lateral moves with no pay increase. 4. If you want to get a certification, you have to pay up front and then they will reimburse you. 5. Excessive amounts of work outside your contract to self assess yourself. 6. Way too much personal self help mandatory videos to do every year. 7. Did I mention, non-competitive salaries and raises?
