      -quick and open communication -constant improvement in tools and development

      Cons

      - management and structure is not mature - no boundaries with employees, doesn't care about work-life balance - no benefits or paid leaves - unpaid overtime but expects you to work overtime - everyone in the company is overworked - still a seed round startup after 7 years

      They are friendly but you will not hear from them regardless if you follow up on your application.

      Cons

      THEY STARTED WITH 90 pesos per Hour, and now they offer 130 per hour, underpaid if you ask me doing work all around for 10 hours.
