      Pros

      Great business model to disrupt the stagnant and high-priced eyewear market. Good stepping-stone job, but not for advanced professionals.

      Cons

      Employees seem to be unengaged with their jobs, company culture is nonexistent, and responsibilities are relatively undefined. Work environment kind of depressing. Leadership doesn't play well together, and seems to have disjointed goals. Owners aren't directing the company with a mission statement, but more based on profit and gaining status.

      * Remote Work LITERALLY THAT IS IT

      * Everyone is out from themselves and will screw you over * Everyone lies and backstabs * Leadership gives you no feedback or constructive criticism- no career path made clear * Male employees get treated way better- HR and leadership ignore MULTIPLE complaints against men in higher positions including sexual harassment, favortism and are quick to get rid of female employees who have had no prior complaints DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY
