-nepotism everywhere, promotions and hiring mostly not merit based, rather on how close you are to the founder etc -no transparency about company financial condition, the laid off came as a surprise -islamophobic founder -cant cash paid leave or overtime -HR are not transparent about the cost of fixing office tools, and many other thing -no grounded research for any project.
