Pros
Everyone is super friendly and welcoming - right from the beginning. A diverse workplace where the staff really do care about each other. Average to above average salary for most roles, and benefits are getting better. Quarterly socials that are actually well thought out with activities - escape rooms, point blank etc. There can be high/stressful workloads at time, but it is noticed by management when you’re committed to the work, and there’s plenty of internal promotion - if you’re looking for someone to really progress your career, you can contribute and learn a lot from Zenith.
Cons
Management can have their failings sometimes, but they have everywhere I’ve ever worked. The company is experiencing a period of growth, so some things such as systems/workloads are suffering as they work through the teething issues that come with growth. The finance team are in a separate office round the corner as the company grew out of the current office, which can make it difficult for the two offices to get to know each other well. Benefits aren’t amazing at the moment, but they know this and are working on it.
