Zero transparency around salary reviews. Supposedly there are two review cycles but there were people on my team whose salaries hadn't been reviewed for 18 months. Your team can be treated as a "cost-saving" exercise. For my team that meant not hiring replacements, and zero internal growth opportunities as there were no positions for people to move into. They are also insisting on having people in the office for three days, but it is not enforced fairly.
