Very good work culture and environment. Very fun to work at. It's free to be yourself.

Depending on the schedule. There is almost no work life balance because of 12 hours work and sometimes 6 days a week. Also, very slow career growth in terms of promotions. Knowledge and learning become stagnant beyond 2nd year at work.
